Below is an interview on ABC's NSW Country Hour on May 15, where our vice president, Rob Armstrong, talks with reporter, Leone Knight, about Little River's future after receiving a $1.088 million funding grant form the Federal Government Biodiversity Fund, for Repairing the Links with Rivers and Rocks. 

The three-year project will extend connectivity through riparian zones and rocky outcrops across the Little River catchment. The project will provide incentive funding to assist our members to fence off and exclude livestock from 150km of riparian zones and rocky outcrops, undertake re-vegetation activities, and assist with invasive species management. 

1000 landholders will participate in capacity-building programs that will offer long-term outcomes to improve the resilience of our ecosystems to the impact of climate change, and increase biodiverse carbon stores across 22,500ha of the Little River catchment landscape.
